Refund Policy - As everything at Fiona Fleur is bespoke and made to order we do not offer refunds, but if you have an issue with your order please contact info@fionafleur.com and one of our team will be in touch to help resolve this

Terms of Service - Any product ordered and paid for, will be sent out to the customer to the address provided

Shipping - We use a third party courier service, and allow between 3-5 working days for delivery. If you require your order to arrive on or before a certain date, please ensure you email studio@fionafleur.com along with your order number, and one of the team will confirm this with you via email

Payment Methods - We accept all major cards and credit cards along with Paypal
